Shipping policy

ABSTRACTONWOOD provides free standard shipping within the United States.

Most ready-made artwork ships within 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Personalized Mini Luxe sets generally require up to 3 weeks. Completion and shipping times for larger custom commissions will be agreed upon before the order is accepted.

Orders are shipped with tracking using a carrier appropriate for the artwork’s size, weight, destination, and packaging requirements. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Please check your shipping address carefully. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Once an order ships, it might not be possible to redirect it.

Each artwork is carefully packaged. If your artwork arrives damaged, contact abstractonwood@gmail.com within 48 hours. Include your order number and photographs of the artwork, shipping label, and all packaging. Keep the packaging until the claim is resolved.

If tracking shows an unusual delay or the package appears lost, contact us so we can work with the carrier.
